This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by EJN LABS LTD to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

EJN LABS LTD is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We have zero tolerance towards modern slavery and human trafficking and are committed to ensuring these practices do not take place in any part of our operations or supply chains.

2. Our Business and Structure

  • EJNLabs.com gives our range of available services which are centred around Cyber Security.
  • Our small team is located in the UK, with our primary address being 44-45 Beaufort Court Admirals Way London E14 9XL.

3. Supply Chains

Our supply chains include IT hardware, office supplies, professional services, logistics, etc. We recognise that some of these areas may present higher risks, particularly where goods or services are sourced internationally.

4. Policies and Governance

We maintain the following policies to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking:

  • Modern Slavery Policy (internal governance framework)
  • Supplier Code of Conduct
  • Whistleblowing Policy
  • Equal Opportunities and Fair Employment Policy

These policies apply to all employees, contractors, and suppliers.

5. Due Diligence and Risk Management

We conduct risk assessments and apply due diligence in the following areas:

  • Screening suppliers during the procurement process
  • Reviewing supplier compliance with anti-slavery legislation
  • Monitoring higher-risk sectors and geographies in our supply chain

Suppliers that fail to meet our standards may have their contracts terminated.

6. Training and Awareness

We provide annual training to relevant staff to help them:

  • Recognise signs of modern slavery
  • Understand reporting mechanisms
  • Ensure compliance with this statement and related policies

7. Reporting and Escalation

Employees and third parties are encouraged to report concerns through our confidential whistleblowing procedure. All reports are taken seriously, investigated, and escalated where appropriate.

We are committed to reviewing and strengthening our approach to modern slavery each year. Planned actions for the next financial year include:
